The present general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties under the sales made through the site www.e-vetiwork.com. They regulate all the stages necessary for placing and tracking the order. The shipment of packages can be done in Europe.
These conditions apply only to non-commercial individuals, aged at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract.
It is clear that you can save or print the present general conditions of sale.
CONEDI E-Vetiwork reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale. In case of modification, will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force at the date of placing the order.

The order can be registered on the site if you clearly identified by entering your customer number or your email address and your password.
You can place your order online :
- either from the references of the offers visible on the site.
- either from the references of the paper catalogs in which the dates of validity are not expired. The products ordered from paper catalogs are sold within the limits of available stocks.
As a general rule, the information on the availability of the products you are given when placing your order. Exceptionally, however, it may happen that a product is no longer available, temporarily, after the validation of the order. In this case, CONEDI E-Vetiwork inform you in the shortest possible time (not later than within one week) by mail or email and offers to either cancel your order or wait until delivery by our supplier, specifying the exact time. You will then be debited with the amount of items shipped.
The final validation of the order takes place after confirmation of payment.
After placing your order we will send you, by email, a receipt thereof including a summary of items ordered and the delivery address.
The prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. CONEDI E-Vetiwork reserves the right to modify in case of increased charges, including VAT rates, and in the case of manifest error.
You will have to pay, in addition to the price of the products, a flat fee for shipping and processing of your order will be the amount specified on the product page and on the order form before validation of the latter. This participation depends on the products ordered (more important if you are ordering at least one product heavy or bulky).
To take advantage of promotional offers, calculate each reduction of the amount of your order without the combine with other discounts. The reductions are applied pro rata on each of the products.

In some cases, CONEDI E-Vetiwork replaces an unavailable item with another of similar characteristics and the same quality or higher of at least equal value. Of course, if you do not wish to keep the substitute product, you can return the applicant to the Relay Point nearest you or by Mail ( within the limits of the tariff grid of the Colissimo 'simple' ), and thus to obtain automatically refund the product and return shipping cost.

CONEDI E-Vetiwork accepts French bank cards (bearing the initials CB) and international (with the acronym VISA or MASTERCARD).
You indicate the card number, its expiry date, as well as the name of its owner. For more security, you also specify the control number of the following : the 3 last digits of the number inscribed at back, near the signature.
The amounts paid in advance are neither advances, nor deposit.
Items not available are automatically refunded.
CONEDI E-Vetiwork offers various delivery services to your home or near your home. These services differ essentially whether small parcels or heavy parcels.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed in cases of force majeure, in particular strikes, as defined by the case law.
If it is a small parcel
The delivery is done at home, or to the address of your choice subject only to the payment of the Lump-sum contribution to the Costs of processing your order.
You will be delivered(e) by GLS 48 or 72 hours from the delivery of your package to the carrier. To calculate the date of delivery will take about a week after validation of your order.
If it is a heavy-package
The delivery is carried out free of charge* at home in the place of use, even to the floor. For parcels heavier (+40kg), the delivery is carried out by 2 drivers in your floor under normal conditions of accessibility. The drivers are evacuating the packaging on request at the time of delivery. In case of absence during delivery, a notice of passage with the phone's delivery, you can arrange a new delivery date.
* you only pay the flat fee for processing of your order. The amount varies depending on the products ordered and will be specified on product details and on your order form before validation of the latter.
The participation fee is charged only once in case of packages containing multiple products, and will be the one of the article, the more heavy.
CONEDI E-Vetiwork agrees to make deliveries of the items available in the shortest possible time by carrier. To calculate the date of delivery will take about 15 days after placing your order for the items available.
All the data of your order and your payment are sent encrypted by SSL from your computer to CONEDI E-Vetiwork. Only the Company CONEDI E-Vetiwork has the decryption key to read this data and process your order.
To know when you are in safe mode, a padlock appears in the bottom right of your screen.
In the event of unauthorized use of your account, you are invited as soon as the report of this use to contact our customer service by calling 04 78 32 19 67. It will take care of this challenge and will tell you the procedure to follow. Except fault or negligence on your part, you will not have to bear the consequences of this fraudulent use.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN
Within 15 days following receipt at the home or the withdrawal of the package, CONEDI E-Vetiwork exchange or refund an item if it does not give you entire satisfaction, except for items personalized or made-on-demand, the supply of audio or video recording and computer software if they are unsealed (removal of the plastic protection).
Certain textile articles are delivered with security seals that it is imperative to leave during the fitting. Any item returned without the seal of security cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back. The phones that are returned incomplete and / or without the original bar code from their packaging cannot be returned. If it is found to be defective, the phone will be replaced by an identical model.
You can return your item by Post, at your expense, to the following address : CONEDI E-Vetiwork Services returns 59345 Cross Cedex, or drop off for free in the Relay Points (out of package is heavy and bulky).
Attach to your return the right part of the delivery and keep the left as your warranty.
For the return of the package is heavy or large, recovery is possible at home, call 04.78.32.19.67.
The bedding must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging.
The refund of the price of the products will be made within a period of 30 days from the receipt by CONEDI E-Vetiwork
Concerning the exchange, the exchange is not valid if the reference number is the same and the name the same.
If returns are abnormal or abusive CONEDI E-Vetiwork reserves the right to refuse an order later.
To facilitate the processing of claims relating to all operations outside of warranty, it is best that you demonstrate you within a period of 3 months.
Regardless of the commercial guarantee, and in accordance with the regulations, CONEDI E-Vetiwork is committed to meet its safeguards obligations attached to products sold on its website and in its various catalogs, which appear in the articles from the Consumer Code and the Civil Code below :
Code of Consumption - article L211-4
The seller is obliged to deliver a good in conformity with the contract and answers defects of compliance existing during the issuance. He also answers defects of conformity resulting from the packaging, instructions for assembly or installation when it was put at its load by the contract or was realized under its responsibility.
